Position Responsibilities
* Research, select and present high-quality materials and finishes with company leaders, internal design and construction teams and external project vendors.
* Assist in sourcing interior finishes, fixtures, furniture and equipment.
* Coordinate meetings and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
* Attend various industry events and conferences to stay current on materials and products trends.
* Assist the team in coordinating and maintaining successful relationships with key suppliers for products such as carpet, tile, lights, furniture, etc.
* Conduct site and project inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree.
* 5+ years of experience in corporate interior design, product and materials selection.
* Strong understanding of architectural drawings, specifications and construction processes.
* CAD and other interior design software experience is a plus.
