Your Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the Human Resources team to ensure alignment with business goals.
* Define and implement a long-term HR strategy that fosters growth and development.
* Enhance HR policies, processes, and structures to support business objectives.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on all HR-related matters.
* Oversee talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning to maintain a competitive edge.
* Develop and promote a positive workplace culture that encourages engagement, diversity, and employee well-being.
* Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations at national and international levels.
Your Profile
* Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, along with additional professional qualifications.
* Extensive leadership experience in HR, preferably in a senior management role.
* Strong business acumen and strategic mindset to drive decision-making.
* Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills to build strong relationships.
* High level of intercultural competence and emotional intelligence to navigate diverse environments.
* Fluency in German and English (spoken and written) for effective communication.
* Experience in the aviation or aerospace sector is highly valued.
* Willingsness to be based in the region of Chur, Switzerland.
