Job Description – Digital Marketing Manager
We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing FinTech company. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a solid background in digital marketing with a strong interest in banking and technology. This role requires a strategic mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and techniques.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website.
• Manage the company's website and social media presence, ensuring high-quality, engaging content that drives traffic and generates leads.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms.
• Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, webinars, paid advertising, and content marketing.
• Deliver the SEO strategy to drive traffic and revenue.
• Monitor SEO performance and optimize user experience, lead funnels, and landing pages to increase interactivity and obtain high conversion rates.
• Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide regular reports to the leadership team.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation and nurture existing leads.
• Manage and grow the company's community by moderating and engaging with community members on social media and other online platforms.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices and incorporate them into the digital marketing strategy as appropriate.
Qualifications/Skillset:
• Bachelor's degree minimum.
• 3-5 years' experience in B2B marketing, ideally in software, technology, or financial crime.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Native English speaker preferred. Additional language (French or German) is a plus.
• Strategic thinking and planning.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience with digital marketing tactics and channels, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
• Knowledge of web analytics and experience with data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with HubSpot marketing automation tool.
• Understanding of SEO and how to optimize content for search engines.
• Experience with lead generation and conversion optimization.
• Strong interest in banking, technology, and financial crime.
• Driven and flexible with a positive attitude.
