Technical Support Engineer After Sales
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Hays in Solothurn.
About the Job
This permanent position offers a responsible and varied field of activity, where you will work closely with our international clients and internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide technical support to our clients through phone and remote maintenance, troubleshooting complex issues and resolving problems efficiently.
2. Coordinate, advise, and train our field technicians as well as national and international customers on various technologies.
3. Act as a liaison between technology, customers, and internal employees, facilitating communication and ensuring seamless project execution.
Requirements
1. You hold a technical background in electrical engineering or a related field (electrician, automation technician, etc.).
2. Experience in electrical and systems sectors, with expertise in drive, control, and measurement technology is essential.
3. Proficiency in IT and technology is required, along with excellent communication skills for working with clients.
4. You must be fluent in French and have a good command of English. Knowledge of German is a significant advantage.
