Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Sales Director on internal meetings, client engagement initiatives, sales activity monitoring, and special projects.
* Support Account and Key Account Managers in client meetings preparation, production of sales material, and CRM compliance.
Assist the Sales Director on:
* Organising internal team meetings (preparing and consolidating material, training, taking minutes) and following up on action items defined during the meetings.
* Organising client events (Road Shows, workshops, lunch & learn, education sessions): venue booking, monitoring invitations sent by Account Owners, and managing registrations and logistics.
* Reporting: Create and track reports to monitor the cadence of client business reviews and engagements; design Excel tracking sheets and engage with each team member to ensure compliance.
* Driving SFDC compliance:
- Monitoring SFDC compliance KPIs (focus on Pipeline Accuracy and Coaching Card compliance).
- Creating and tracking reports related to customer activity (usage, marketing engagement, leads, sales).
- Ensuring critical client contacts are mapped in cooperation with the Marketing team and each Account Manager responsible for mapping.
* Executing special projects by providing project management, tracking sheets, project plans, and weekly status updates on initiatives such as New Services launch, Global Account planning, Strategic Accounts review, Market research, etc.
Support the Account Owners (Account and Key Account Managers) on:
* Preparing client meetings in collaboration with internal medical, operations, and cross-border teams (including preparation of presentations).
* Preparing pre-sales material and proposals in collaboration with internal medical, operations, and cross-border teams.
* Coordinating tender responses: planning, elaboration of answers, and defense preparation.
* Uploading pre/post sales data/info and material in SFDC.
* Raising and monitoring SFDC support cases if requested by the Account and Key Account Manager.
* Responding to (inbound) inquiries from clients if requested by the Account and Key Account Manager.
* Supporting the renewal process, including quote creation, pricing, CLM document upload, and approval workflow with Commercial Services when required.
* Making administrative updates to Salesforce as needed.
* Analyzing weekly marketing engagement reports, highlighting relevant engagements per Account and Key Account Manager.
* Proactively engaging with event participants (F2F, webinars) if requested by the Account and Key Account Manager based on standardized questionnaires.
* Analyzing monthly Cross Border Financial Reports and ensuring cross-border integration in Account and Key Account Manager attainment reports.
* Generating Account Plan drafts for Account and Key Account Managers.

Required Hard Skills
* Fluent in English and French.
