Our Watch Marketing team based in Neuchâtel has currently exciting new projects coming and is looking for a talented :
Watch Marketing Trainee (6 months)
Reporting directly to our Watch Marketing Director, the main mission of this role is to conduct an extensive competitive analysis of our products and collections. You will assist in building and sharing insights about the luxury market, competition and consumers among the Marketing team.
In this role, you are responsible to decrypt closely luxury market trends and competition, providing regular and insightful reports in order to provide an appropriate context for strategic decisions. You will also support the analysis of our product portfolio, synthetizing results and providing action plans.
Additionally, you will support our Marketing team in their daily tasks (updating sales analysis, conducting competition reviews and mappings), and assisting with product launches (creating product sheets and overseeing product shootings).
During this internship, you will have the opportunity to delve into the luxury watch market and gain invaluable insights into industry trends.
Profile
Student of a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Management, you are looking for a stimulating and challenging internship in the luxury field. Previous exposure to the luxury sector is an advantage.
Curious and passionate about luxury, you possess an acute analytical and critical thinking mindset with a strong drive for results. You can demonstrate strategic insights and synthetize them with a focus on form and content. Known for your autonomy and positive mindset, you are proactive and solution-oriented.
Customer-oriented, you have strong interpersonal skills that enable you to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Committed and flexible, you can achieve your objectives in a challenging environment while adhering to tight deadlines and handling pressure effectively.
Finally, you have an excellent command of Excel (experience with Power BI is a strong asset) and PowerPoint, possess project management skills, and are fluent in both French and English.
