Responsibilities:
* Maintain and further develop the quality management system.
* Quality assurance functions within the SKAN product and project organisation, as well as the international service business and ensuring the associated customer communication.
* Conformity check of internal specification documents, processes, reports, as well as technical documentation.
* Planning and implementation of internal audits, customer audits and supplier audits.
* Handling of deviation and change procedures as well as Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP).
* Further development of quality concepts for SKAN products and services in accordance with applicable regulations.
* Conducting training on quality standards and processes.
Minimum Requirements:
* Training as a quality and process manager with several years of professional experience in a QA/QC environment; or a university degree in engineering or in the natural sciences with several years of professional experience in a QA/QC environment.
* Good knowledge of German, very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
* Sound knowledge of MS Office is a prerequisite.
