We are currently assisting our client in their search to hire an experienced UX Designer (m/w/d) in Zürich. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Visual Designer to join team in Zurich. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining and evolving the Creator design system, with a focus on Figma libraries and documentation. Your work will directly contribute to the quality, consistency, and scalability of the Creator visual language. The Creator Visual Design (visD) team plays a crucial role in shaping the visual experience for content Creators. This team is responsible for overseeing the design of Creator products like YouTube Studio and Analytics, ensuring a cohesive and engaging experience that aligns with the broader product brand. The team supports 30+ designers and engages with several groups of cross-functional partners, designing the Creator design system, specs, product design, art direction, imagery Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Maintain and evolve the Creator design system that helps creators design video related projects or interfaces Focus on documenting Studio-specific components and guidelines within internal tool Ensure Figma libraries are organized, up-to-date, and effectively serve the design team Contribute to the overall quality and consistency of the Creator visual language Collaborate effectively with UX designers and engineers Communicate design system updates and best practices clearly and effectively Your profile: Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field, or equivalent practical experience 6-8 years of professional experience in UX design Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UX/UI design Experience in implementing design systems across various platforms Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, with understanding of motion design principles Excellent communication and presentation skills A passion for design craft and attention to detail Ability to integrate user research and feedback into the design process A drive for simplicity and pixel-perfect design Nice to have: Motion design and familiarity with Lottie framework and coding for animation Fluent in English Summary about project Duration: From May to September 2025 (5 months) Onsite Working Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days from home) Location: Zürich Working hours: Normal business hours, 40 hours per week Languages: English only
