* You have a strategic and analytical vision to develop and execute online retail strategies, aligned with overall business objectives.
* You are a team player with excellent collaboration skills.
* You possess exceptional communication skills, able to collaborate with various stakeholders and challenge them effectively.
* You are fluent in English and Chinese; French is an asset.
About the Role
1. Within the Online Retail department, you will be responsible for executing social retail strategies to drive product discovery, enhance the client journey, and optimize performance across social media platforms (WeChat, Tmall, Kakao, LINE, Client Relation Center, and web).
2. In this position, you will:
* Implement social retail strategies in line with the Maison's vision and provide support for regional teams.
* Develop a comprehensive social retail project roadmap and provide dedicated product discovery guidelines.
* Orchestrate content animation calendars.
* Identify new opportunities to optimize boutiques' touchpoints and features.
* Analyze and optimize the performance of social retail initiatives.
* Support the implementation of the Client Relation Center and web strategy in line with HQ guidelines and expertise.
