Our ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Human Resources Manager in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and systems. This includes coordinating employee recruitment, maintaining departmental files and databases, and preparing statistical reports.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a fast-paced environment, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the management team to develop constantly evolving service goals and contribute to the delivery of 'FIVE-star' guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain confidential departmental and employee files and databases.
* Coordinate employee recruitment process, as appropriate, ensuring search documentation is accurate, consistent, and complete.
* Prepare and complete the monthly Human Resources report and other statistical reports as required by the Human Resources Manager.
* Ensure the Onboarding and Offboarding process is seamless.
* Manage the administration tasks relating to a team member's start and departure.
* Support with monthly payroll updates administration: checking worked hours, holidays, absences, overtime, lieu days, lateness, etc.
* Maintain a good working relationship with other department & employees.
* Daily communication with hotel employees and receiving their requests.
* Daily check on employee locker, changing rooms and transportation.
* Work collaboratively with all Senior Managers and Employees in enhancing operational processes.
