My client, a market leader within their sector, is looking to recruit a Technical Support Engineer with a strong Aviation background to join their team. The role can be described as follows: Processing technical enquiries in First-level Customer Support and creating solutions for customers, service centres, and subsidiaries. Coordinate technical investigations with the engineering departments and assist with changes to existing and new technical documentation. Work in a 24/7 operation (early and late shifts only, as well as weekends and holidays). Identify product improvements and initiate potential modifications. Work on group or individual projects. Occasional traveling to provide on-site support to customers and service centres to resolve complex issues or give hands-on training. Skills / Experience: Several years of experience in aircraft maintenance in either 'Mechanical Systems and Structural Design' or 'Avionics and Electrical Systems.' EASA B1/B2 and/or FAA A&P licensed or equivalent level of training (e.G., military aviation maintenance qualified). Knowledge of MS Office Tools, SAP, and Troubleshooting tools i.E., Spotlight is an advantage. Very good written and verbal skills in English are mandatory; German is an advantage.High level of responsibility and structured approach.
