Senior Project Leader - Quality Control (Hybrid)

The role:
As a senior project lead of Quality Control (QC), you would be responsible for managing QC topics related to the manufacture of life-saving Biologic products. This is a pivotal role, supporting a more senior QC manager, to manage QC analytics for the making of safe and effective medicines for the patient. It is an exciting role that requires great organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Candidates with QC Biologics experience are preferred and should apply for this role as it will test their skills and develop them further.
Key responsibilities:
1. Coordinate all QC-related actions between BioAtrium and Service Providers.
2. Management and continuous monitoring of all the QC actions vs Project Plan.
3. Writing technical assessments/justifications on the approaches to be followed in collaboration with the service providers.
4. Monitoring of the QC Service Providers test results for batch disposition, ensuring adherence to the Service Quality Agreement requirements and support during customer audit/GMP inspections.
5. Reviewing and approving analytical validation protocols and reports.
6. Review and approve QC-related Deviation/Investigations (and other Deviations/Investigations if required).
Key requirements:
1. BSc in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a comparable qualification.
2. Experience in the GMP environment with QC experience is highly desirable.
3. Teamwork and flexibility.
4. Very good organizational skills and quick comprehension.
5. High communication skills combined with assertiveness.
6. Fluent in English - German is desirable.
7. Structured, self-responsible, and precise working style.
