Job Description
As a Digital Product Owner in the Pampers Start Up Team you will take part in leading digital transformation for Pampers, working on our digital platforms (mobile app, website, CRM). You are responsible for defining and prioritizing the Loyalty APP product backlog, ensuring that the development team delivers value to users in each sprint.
Working closely with UX/UI designer, engineering lead and data analyst, your goal will be to deliver performance improvements of existing capabilities & features as well as building experiences that will unlock future growth and success of the Pampers Start Up digital Eco-system. To do this, you work closely with the Product Manager and the Business manager to ensure that development efforts prioritize features that deliver maximum value to users and stakeholders.
Role:
You will be required to manage your product roadmap, run the product lifecycle from start to finish, leading discovery work to identify the best solution to solve a consumer problem, defining & documenting consumer, business and solution requirements to enable both your technical and design team-members to craft meaningful features, ensure that all work shipped by your team is tested, released and qualified before reaching consumers and lastly thoroughly measure feature impact and adapt accordingly.
The role is unique within P&G, as it will require you to build not only “traditional” brand management skills, but also continuously foster your technical expertise as you are translating commercial & consumer requirements into meaningful technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of your annual roadmap of features & capabilities, in close collaboration with your Technical Product Manager, Engineering Lead and UX/UI Designer
- Analyze the performance and value created by your share of the platform and deliver recommendations on how to improve performance and productivity
- Conduct Discovery sessions in close collaboration with Consumer Analytics and Research team as well as UX/UI Researchers to shape & define the right features for our goals.
- Collaborate with Product Manager and Business Manager to educate & train the organization to ensure smooth and effective activation of the features and capabilities build by your team.
Job Qualifications
- Hands on experience as a product owner, leading a development team working in a full scrum agile set-up Saa S / DTC / Fintech environment.
- Strong passion and understanding of Agile Scrum, latest technical trends and marketing technology.
- Passionate about UX/UI, building user-friendly digital experiences and solving consumer and business problems
- Strong user-centric mindset, with focus on outcome and user satisfaction vs output and feature delivery.
- Strong understanding of business dynamics within a globally operating brand
- Ability to cope with a high level of autonomy and taking decisions within a given strategic framework
- Ability to work in a multi-functional team and guide teams direction
- Strong analytical skillset, with ability to identify the key performance drivers within multi-variable problem-spaces
- Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- History of great teamwork spirit and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done, as a team.
- Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new insights with internal and external partners
- High attention to detail including precise and effective communication and proven ability to lead multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business and/or Product Management
- English proficiency
