Job Description
The position is based in Cham, Switzerland and requires the candidate to start as soon as possible.
Main Responsibilities
1. Source-to-Contract System Implementation: Spearhead the implementation of the Source-to-Contract (S2C) system across the organization. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for the S2C system to ensure seamless operation.
2. Procurement Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with procurement policies and contract regulations. Regularly review and update Delegation of Authority (DOA) and compliance processes to align with industry best practices and regulatory changes.
3. Supplier Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Manage supplier reputational risk assessment program. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and reduce supply chain vulnerabilities.
4. Procurement Skills Development and Training: Conduct skills assessments to identify training needs within the procurement team. Ensure that the procurement team is up-to-date with the best practices.
5. Dashboards for Procurement Leadership: Create and maintain dashboards to benchmark and track organization's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Provide data and insights to procurement leadership to support decision-making.
Requirements
* Bachelor or Master in Economics or equivalent.
* Ideal first experience in source to contract solutions (Zycus).
* Excellent level of English (level C2 or native).
* Able to handle several shifting priorities and conflicting demands from different sources at the same time.
* Analytical thinking, good Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.
