We are proud to partner with Mycrobez, a Swiss company dedicated to revolutionizing sustainability through mycelium-based biodegradable materials. As part of our collaboration, we are supporting Mycrobez in its recruitment strategy for a Sales Representative.
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for growing Mycrobez’s market presence and managing key accounts. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the sales of breakthrough eco-friendly materials and build relationships with forward-thinking customers.
* Start Date: Spring/Summer 2025
* Compensation: A highly competitive package with performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and expand market presence, particularly in the DACH region, for Mycrobez’s innovative products.
* Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships with clients.
* Lead acquisition efforts, generating new leads and converting them into long-term partnerships.
* Support external communication efforts and contribute to brand visibility.
* Conduct sales meetings and negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with company goals.
* Report on progress and sales targets directly to the CCO.
* Stay up to date with industry regulations and market trends.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Proven sales experience with a track record in market development and key account management.
* Leadership experience in managing small sales teams (<5 FTEs).
* Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
* Business fluency in English, German, and French.
* Proficiency in CRM tools (Hubspot or similar), MS-Office, and Adobe.
* Knowledge of foam and packaging industries is a plus.
