The Role
You will join our small, hands-on international HR team and provide practical internal and external HR advice and administrative support within the organisation.
You will also support policy development and implementation and be involved in various people development and research project-based work to support our consultancy arm.
We require a minimum 3 years of HR Generalist work experience in HR Operations, and HR Process Management, and suitable qualifications, with a solid knowledge of Swiss employment law, immigration, regulations, and compliance.
You should be able to effectively communicate in German and English. You will work remotely from anywhere in Switzerland.
