As a specialist in cross-border fund distribution and passporting, you will join the Investment Structuring Liquid Markets team. You will collaborate with team members to efficiently manage traditional and alternative investment programs, primarily located in Ireland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, and the Cayman Islands.
Main Responsibilities:
* Register and distribute investment funds within the EU, Europe, and globally, drafting notifications for financial supervisory authorities;
* Assess regulatory requirements related to cross-border distribution/passporting topics and ensure compliance when applying for, maintaining, or withdrawing licenses;
* Prepare country-specific legal documentation, including prospectuses, investor information, and financial reports, and manage related publication and reporting duties;
* Act as Swiss representative for foreign investment funds, filing documents with FINMA;
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across various jurisdictions;
* Perform administrative tasks, such as responding to inquiries, maintaining entity information, handling bank account openings, and assisting with contract management;
* Support tax and investment reporting;
* Participate in projects to improve operating efficiency.
Requirements:
* Commercial degree, preferably accompanied by paralegal training or equivalent law training;
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the financial industry or in a legal environment related to finance;
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German;
* Strong organizational skills, high initiative, motivation, and ability to work independently;
* A proactive personality who excels in a team environment.
Work-Life Balance:
After the probation period, you will work three days in the office and have the option to work two days from home in Switzerland. We offer flexible working hours and allow you to structure your work according to operational requirements.
