Job Summary
This position is part of the Investment Valuation Services team, responsible for monitoring and valuing investments across private equity, debt, infrastructure, and real estate. The role involves:
* Shaping daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual investment monitoring and valuation processes with team heads.
* Coordinating with various teams and external parties on accounting, monitoring, and valuation topics.
* Taking responsibility for projects improving existing and developing new investment monitoring and valuation tools to meet regulatory requirements and address valuation challenges in the private equity industry.
* Preparing and reviewing reports and presentations on investment valuation and performance.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work in a highly entrepreneurial organization, possessing strong people and organizational skills. Key responsibilities include:
* University degree in Business Management, Accounting, and/or Finance.
* 3-5 years' experience in the financial industry, preferably in accounting, auditing, controlling, or valuation, with a strong desire to learn and succeed.
* Strong analytical, technical, organizational, and project management skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, able to engage and motivate others at all levels of seniority.
* A self-directed person, able to manage effectively and complete tasks within demanding timelines despite competing priorities.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently.
* Good English language skills and MS-Office knowledge.
