Responsibilities:
1. Advice, selling and wine service in the various food & beverage outlets.
2. Ensuring a smooth beverage service at all times.
3. Helping to design the wine list.
4. Wine purchasing in close cooperation with the Purchasing & Cost Controlling Manager.
5. Cellar organisation and inventory.
6. Helping to lead, train and develop the service team as well as providing training and education.
7. Other tasks may be assigned according to business needs.
