Banking Client Project Specialist
We are seeking an experienced and innovative individual to further develop our services, ensure smooth application operation and enhance team maturity in a Scrum team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform Run & Change tasks within a DevOps environment.
* Conduct workshops to determine project requirements.
* Develop and evaluate solution approaches.
* Create requirement specifications, user stories, features, and GUI prototypes.
* Analyze and develop solutions while defining and implementing test cases.
* Collaborate with product management, IT architects, developers, and external suppliers.
* Prioritize and optimize the team backlog based on product objectives.
Requirements:
* Experience: 5+ years in business engineering, UX skills, and product ownership preferred.
* Agile Expertise: Experience with SCRUM, SAFe, and agile methodologies.
* Technical Knowledge: Figma & Jira experience is beneficial.
* Language Skills: Fluency in German and English is required. French is an asset.
* Personal Traits: Strong analytical and conceptual skills, hands-on mentality, excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Team player with a positive attitude and leadership capabilities. Experience in everyday banking, multi-channel management, and digital onboarding is advantageous.
