Your Responsibilities:
* Conduct organizational assessments to identify training needs and gaps, collaborating with department heads.
* Create comprehensive training curricula, including course outlines, instructional materials, and assessment tools.
* Deliver engaging training sessions using various instructional techniques, such as classroom training, virtual training, on-the-job coaching, and e-learning.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, applying relevant evaluation tools like surveys and assessments.
* Maintain accurate records of training activities, materials, and participant progress.
* Ensure all training activities and materials meet regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
* Manage training resources, including venues, equipment, and materials, ensuring efficient utilization.
* Leverage Learning Management Systems (LMS) to schedule, track, and report on training activities.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in training and development to ensure programs remain current.
* Foster regular connections with management and key stakeholders on training progress, challenges, and outcomes.
What We're Looking For:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific or process engineering field.
* GMP knowledge (preferably in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical industry) is required.
* Some experience in training is necessary.
* Strong organizational and project management skills are essential.
* Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), e.g. Cornerstone On Demand, is beneficial.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial.
* Fluency in English; German is an asset.
