What You Will Do
As a Senior LLM Engineer at Effixis, you will play a pivotal role in our core AI team, with responsibilities including:
1. Leading research and development efforts in NLP and machine learning algorithms.
2. Managing projects and guiding cross-functional teams to transform research findings into groundbreaking solutions for our products and client applications.
3. Producing high-quality code and leading contributions to our machine learning platform.
4. Keeping abreast of the latest NLP and AI advancements, applying innovative methods to enhance our systems and services.
5. Engaging with clients to identify their needs and develop bespoke AI and NLP solutions that provide significant value.
6. Overseeing the design and evaluation of AI models and experiments, ensuring the highest quality and integrity of our systems.
What You Have
1. A graduate degree (Master's or PhD) in Computer Science or a related field with a focus on NLP, coupled with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
2. Expertise in state-of-the-art LLM techniques and familiarity with LLM-related tools and APIs (OpenAI, Cohere, Hugging Face, etc.).
3. Open-source track record of your contributions.
4. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and client relationships.
5. Good English skills; any other language is a plus.
