Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planner to join our team in the canton of Neuchâtel.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage supply plans
* Prepare and maintain planned stock levels
* Work closely with logistics to ensure transparency of order requirements and accurate shipping dates
* Effectively plan for and manage the impact on supply of any changes involving regulatory impact
Key Collaborations:
* Global Supply Chain Product Planner and Network Planner
* Clients and Virtual Plant Team supply chain representative
Technical Requirements:
* Manage purchase orders and purchase requisitions in SAP
* Maintain/develop strong relationships with supply chain counterparts at other company sites, global supply chain and CMOs
Liaisons:
* Lead supply chain meetings with clients to ensure alignment on BMS customer requirements and consumption plan
* Compile and present volume information as part of the ExM S&OP process
Skills and Qualifications:
* 3-5 years demonstrated Supply Chain knowledge
* Supply chain planning and project management experience
* Experience working in a tolling environment and/or with external vendors
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
* Ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines
* Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Industry and appreciation of the competitive environment and its impact on driving change in the organization
Language Skills: Fluent in English & French
