Key Responsibilities:
* You serve as the primary point of contact for our international customers in e-mobility, focusing on on- and off-highway applications.
* Commercial project execution is your responsibility, including contract negotiation and agreement management.
* You identify new technologies, track technical market trends, and understand customer requirements to translate them into BRUSA product needs and roadmaps.
* You discover, develop, and secure new markets and customers for the company.
* You represent BRUSA at trade events and conduct customer visits.
Required Skills and Experience:
* A business degree with technical qualifications or extensive professional experience in a comparable role is necessary.
* At least 5 years of experience working with international OEM customers and projects, along with familiarity with automotive industry procedures and processes.
* A strong sales and negotiation personality is essential.
* A methodical and precise approach to work, combined with self-initiative and excellent communication skills.
* International travel is expected (up to 20% maximum).
* Strong German and English language skills are required; additional languages are beneficial.
