Job Title: Senior Program Manager

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver all stages of multiple projects within a matrix organization supporting new product introductions for cGMP manufacturing, process validation and clinical and commercial supply programs.
* Resolve project team issues and facilitate decision making to drive progress to completion to the required standard.
* Communicate regularly with business, technical and customer teams, tracking and reporting on critical program achievements and handling progress, issues and risks.
* Track and manage financial aspects of projects including achievement payments, pass-through costs and FTE estimates to ensure timely and budget-friendly execution.
Your Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field or higher education in Biological/Biotech (Graduate degree, MBA).
* Certification highly recommended (PMP, Six Sigma, or equivalent).
* At least 10 years of experience in related industries.
* 5+ years of experience in project management roles, preferably leading customer programs in contract manufacturing organizations with significant business impact.
* Familiarity with pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical product lifecycles and experience leading complex cross-functional programs.
* Proven success using technical, interpersonal and time management skills to deliver projects meeting partner expectations.
* Experience in project management, including timeline and budget management, communication plans, proactive risk prevention, action tracking and project planning.
* Strong knowledge of GMP and good understanding of Process Development.
