Job Title: Key Account Manager

Responsibilities
1. Develop a robust new business pipeline to drive client growth for WIDE x CROSS x albert.
2. Build successful partnerships with internal teams to identify and close opportunities.
3. Promote solutions that address different customer needs through internal teams.
4. Formulate tailored solutions to meet unique business needs and effectively position them.
5. Lead development of business-value messaging and case studies to pitch, grow, and expand business.
6. Work with Marketing to plan targeted outreach efforts with customers.
7. Manage lead flow and serve as primary point of contact for customer account management matters.
8. Maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
9. Follow up on lead and opportunity progress.
10. Create, negotiate, and close commercial agreements.
11. Achieve account targets and KPIs set by the Chief Growth Officer.
12. Communicate monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
1. Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
2. Experience in Switzerland (preferably Lausanne area).
3. Relevant experience as engagement manager, account manager, or equivalent role in professional services, enterprise software solutions, cloud space, IT sector.
4. Ability to understand customer and market dynamics.
5. Built strong relationships with clients, meeting regularly to review business challenges.
6. Identified and delivered cross sell/up sell opportunities.
7. Successfully led new business pitches.
8. Digital and data topic expertise.
9. Background in Marketing, IT, or Business Administration, or comparable qualification.
10. Networker with executive level/C-level presence, active network in Switzerland desirable.
11. Proficient in managing pipeline using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce CRM.
12. Evidence of revenue increase by hitting personal targets.
13. Gained access and influence decision-makers at highest levels in client organizations.
14. Languages: Negotiation proficiency in French and English (written & oral), German is an advantage.
