Role Overview:
We're seeking consultants to work directly with clients, helping them understand and address the risks associated with technologies supporting their business. This involves interacting with client staff and senior stakeholders, working multiple assignments, and collaborating with global EY teams.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* You'll take responsibility for the successful end-to-end delivery of multiple engagements, motivating teams, coaching people, and reporting directly to the executive level.
* You'll evaluate a company's technology universe from a technical and business perspective, execute in-depth assessments of IT processes, risks, and controls through interviews, desktop analysis, and system inspection.
* You'll review complex system setups (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and technology governance frameworks in line with industry-leading practices (e.g., ITIL, COBIT, NIST).
* You'll be involved in certification and attestation engagements, such as SOC reporting, ISAE reporting, ISO certification, both from an audit and implementation perspective.
* You'll perform system implementation assessment, including data migration, system design, and architecture.
* You'll evaluate cybersecurity risks and recommend security improvements.
* You'll leverage data analytics and process automation for audit efficiency.
* You'll contribute to providing our clients with EY-supported insights and pragmatic recommendations to further improve business performance, operational efficiency, and risk management.
* You'll develop strong client relationships and potentially identify new business opportunities.
* You'll assist in further development of our technology risk competencies.
Qualifications & Skills:
* You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Information Technology, Applied Economics, Commercial Science, Computer Science, or related. You have a keen interest in the latest technology trends.
* You have 3-4 years' relevant working experience in an IT auditing or a risk & assurance role.
* You have strong project management, people, analytical, and reporting skills with a positive, problem-solving mindset.
* Experience with large ERP and/or financial system audit tools and data analytics (e.g., SQL, Power BI).
* You demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.

* As an international company, we require strong business communication skills in English and French; German language skills are a plus.

Ideally, You'll Also Have:
* Familiarity with IT frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., COBIT, ISO 27001, ITIL) is a plus.
* Professional certifications, such as CGEIT, CISA, CISM, CISSP, COBIT, CRISC, and ITIL, are a plus.
