The SAP Support Analyst serves as a critical point of contact for end users, providing support to ensure effective use of SAP systems. This role involves problem identification, basic fixes, and root cause analysis, while collaborating closely with SMEs and other SAP IT Team members to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage incoming tickets and provide technical support such as access management and level 1 troubleshooting.
2. Routinely monitor and correct for IDoc failures; coordinate data changes with SMEs.
3. Manage Solution Documentation within SAP Solution Manager.
4. Assist with testing for system changes.
5. Create and maintain SAP Support Knowledge Articles.
Required Skills:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an SAP S/4HANA support role with functional understanding in Finance, Procurement, Projects, Sales, and Logistics.
2. Ability to identify and communicate issues and risks to fellow Team members to facilitate timely resolutions.
3. Excellent communication skills when working with end users.
Desired Skills:
1. Experience in supporting validated systems for life sciences and/or pharmaceuticals.
2. Good understanding of SAP applications, IDoc error handling and reprocessing, and role-based access controls.
3. Desired technical expertise includes SAP Solution Manager and Service Now.
