Job Title: Digitalization Lead –Logistics/Operations
Purpose of thePosition
The Digitalization Lead plays a pivotal role indriving digital transformation by bridging business units andtechnology teams to optimize end-to-end processes and implementunified information systems. Working closely with functions such asLogistics, Operations, and Finance, the Digitalization Lead focuseson process optimization, system integration (including ERP), andfostering adoption of new tools. This position is essential forensuring process efficiency and alignment with the organization’sstrategic objectives.
KeyResponsibilities
1. Business Needs Analysis andProcess Design
* Collaborate withbusiness units and process owners to analyze current workflows,identify areas for improvement, and gather functionalrequirements.
* Translate business needs intodetailed specifications for configuring and enhancing informationsystems.
* Partner with stakeholders to documentcurrent processes, design future workflows, and align them with theorganization’s digital transformationstrategy.
2. End-to-End ProcessOptimization
* Drive processoptimization through automation, system integration, and redundancyreduction.
* Conduct feasibility and impactanalyses for proposed process changes.
* Supportthe implementation of process standards and monitor integrationacross business units.
* Work with technologyteams to develop solutions aligned with the digitalizationroadmap.
3. Digital TransformationImplementation
* Collaborate withprocess owners to design and refine cross-functional workflows,incorporating best practices andautomation.
* Develop and test end-to-endprocesses in test environments to ensure alignment with operationalgoals.
* Work closely with project managers,technology teams, and consultants to deliver successful systemimplementations.
4. Change Managementand User Support
* Lead changeinitiatives, supporting teams in adopting new systems andprocesses.
* Assist in the development oftraining materials and communication plans to ensure smoothtransitions.
* Gather user feedback to improvethe usability and adoption of digitaltools.
5. Performance Monitoring andContinuous Improvement
* Track keyperformance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness ofprocesses and identify areas forimprovement.
* Collaborate with relevantstakeholders to report on process performance, adoption, and usersatisfaction.
* Promote continuous improvement bysharing insights and refining workflows based onfeedback.

* Certification in project management(e.g., PMP, Prince2) is aplus.
Experience
* 12–15years of professional experience, with 5–7 years in processmanagement, ERP implementation, or digitaltransformation.
* Strong understanding oflogistics and operations processes, with expertise in ERP systemsand digital tools.
* Experience incross-functional environments, particularly in standard end-to-endprocesses (e.g., procure-to-pay,order-to-cash).
* Proven track record in ERPdevelopment and deployment from a businessperspective.
* Exposure to low-tech environmentsor frugal innovation is aplus.
People ManagementResponsibilities
* Guide and alignbusiness units and process owners in defining and adoptingoptimized end-to-end processes.
* Superviseexternal consultants and business analysts as required during thedigital transformationprogram.
Relationships
* Collaboratewith business units, process owners, and technology teams to ensurecross-functional alignment.
* Monitor adoption ofnew systems and processes, providing support and refining solutionsas necessary.
* Ensure consistency in methodologyand practices across functions andteams.
This role requires a strategicleader with a deep understanding of logistics and operationsprocesses, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity todrive impactful digital solutions that align with organizationalobjectives.
