Job Description
Within a team of 10 people, you will be responsible for assisting the management. Your responsibilities will include:
Office Tasks:
Answering phones, taking accurate messages promptly, and setting up conference calls
Collecting and distributing incoming mail
Photocopying, printing, and faxing documents
Monitoring and ensuring the implementation of company policies
Serving as the point of contact for guests and suppliers
Processing and recording office invoices
Handling confidential company information
Assisting and covering for other support staff when needed
Family Tasks:
Coordinating extensive and complex travel arrangements
Preparing travel expenses and reconciling credit card statements
Maintaining both personal and office filing systems
Managing properties and coordinating household staff (both in Switzerland and abroad)
Scheduling medical appointments and maintaining medical records and documentation
The tasks listed above are not exhaustive, and additional tasks may be required depending on the needs of the office and family.
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications / Experience:
Excellent command of Italian, English, and French (oral and written).
Proven IT skills (MS Office products, including Lotus Notes/Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Role would suit those who have experience in dealing with seniors at board/CEO level
