Your Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a team in the field
* Recruit new financial advisors
* Set sales goals and create development plans
* Support the General Agent in systematic market analysis
* Conduct and ensure comprehensive pension and financial advice
* Maintain and expand a personal customer portfolio
Your Strengths
* Completed education in the insurance industry (diploma in finance or certified financial advisor)
* Leadership skills and high motivation to lead financial advisors to success, while also serving as a model in sales
* A charismatic personality with excellent sales and social skills
* High performance drive with goal-oriented and well-organized work style
* Effective communication skills combined with negotiation skills and high customer orientation
