Strategic Account Manager Switzerland
Job Purpose:
The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for developing long-term partnerships with key accounts for substitution therapy in Switzerland, in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and codes of conduct, and the corporate strategy.

Role overview:
* Build a sustainable network in the field of substitution therapy, such as addiction treatment clinics, harm reduction, medical centers, and pharmacies.
* Establish long-term partnerships and identify new stakeholders.
* Implement a strategy that aligns with the company's goals and the needs of healthcare professionals and patients.
* Deliver company-approved product- and therapy area-related promotional materials and activities.
* Independently plan, organize, and implement promotional events.
* Conduct market and competition analysis for the development of strategies and measures.
* Participate in and represent the company at regional and national congresses.
* Develop an industry analysis to manage activities, investments, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conception and implementation of a development strategy per region.
* Coordination of measures for the hospital listing of the products.
* Development of partnerships with key customers of public and private key accounts.
* Analysis of sales results in connection with commercial efficiency (SFE) to make strategic decisions.
Experience & Qualifications
Required:
* University degree in natural sciences or equivalent.
* Sound knowledge of the local pharmaceutical industry, distribution channels, and healthcare system.
* Completed training in the medical, pharmaceutical, or commercial field.
* Excellent knowledge of the healthcare system.
* Experience in/understanding of clinical practice and its settings in the substitution therapy area.
* Experience in substitution therapy.
* Strong communication, negotiation skills, and persuasiveness.
* Patient-centric-oriented, entrepreneurial, and ambitious personality who takes responsibility for their sales territory.
* German language skills at native level, good French skills, and English skills.
* High level of self-motivation, goal orientation, and enjoyment of working with people.
Preferred:
* Several years of experience in pharmaceutical sales in the Swiss market with a network of doctors in your sales territory.
