As People & Transformation Lead in the Informatics/Technology unit, you look after the Digital Excellence cluster and manage both internal and external employees. This cluster is part of the Digital Enabling unit and is responsible for the automation of processes, which means it also supports Swiss Post’s digitization. In this senior management role, you work with an international team of staff from Switzerland (Bern and Lausanne) and Portugal. This gives you the opportunity to travel regularly to gain new experiences and strengthen our global network. How you make a difference - As People & Transformation Lead, you shape the organizational development of the Digital Excellence cluster and help to establish a winning mindset. - You manage HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, support and offboarding) efficiently as part of your HR budget. - Your tasks also include provision of qualified staff with the skills required by the cluster and their continual development in line with individual and business requirements to ensure successful positioning on the market. To achieve this, you use the right mix of internal and external staff. - As the contact person dealing with employees’ personal matters, you are available to help them and create an atmosphere of trust. - You apply your methodological expertise to resolve conflicts of interest between the stakeholders involved in a solution-oriented way and contribute to the long-term improvement of processes. - You establish and maintain successful transformation routines at individual, procedural organization and structural organization levels. - You incorporate challenges that cannot be resolved within the cluster into the backlog of the I/T-wide People & Transformation community and – in close collaboration with HR – help to overcome them. What you have to offer - You have higher education business management or technical qualifications with further training in the field of transformation/change management and/or systemic coaching. - With a strong track record in business, including successful leadership roles in the digitization environment, you have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience of using modern leadership and business management tools, such as the leadership of interdisciplinary and international (DevOps) teams. - You embody our culture and strike the right balance in the role between entrepreneur, coach and networker. - You maintain high standards in effective implementation and results-driven performance. - Professional experience in an international environment is an advantage. - You communicate well in various languages – and have excellent knowledge of English.
