As Client Service Director, you will oversee a major client's account, driving business growth and developing a strong relationship.
Main Responsibilities
* Lead the client account, with focus on:
o Turnover growth and expansion
o Implementing client plans to meet needs and sustain growth
o Fostering opportunities into business through solid relationships
* Understand the client's organization, navigating teams and workstreams effectively
* Capture internal and external challenges, delivering consultancy services
o Category and business dynamics expertise
o Client consultation for needs identification and learning plan development
o Research solutions leveraging innovative techniques
o Actionable recommendations and holistic perspectives
* Manage and coach a team of 2-3 people in Geneva
To achieve these goals, you will work closely with the research group, receiving support for project management and execution.
Reports To: Head of Department
Required Skills and Experience:
* Marketing, sociology, psychology, or related field graduate
* Significant quantitative research experience (8-10 years) in a market research agency or related area
* Strong market analysis skills, ideally in FMCG, OTC, or tobacco environments
* Multi-country project leadership experience, with over 90% of projects being global
* Excellent communication and English language skills; French/German is an advantage
* Outstanding attention to client needs and remarkable organizational skills
* Collaborative spirit and strong team player
