Your Responsibilities
* Acquisition of new customers and expansion of existing accounts in the XPress division across Switzerland.
* Close collaboration with internal stakeholders such as branch managers and sales managers to create cross-selling strategies that benefit multiple customer portfolios.
* Building and maintaining an active sales pipeline using our CRM system.
* Designing and implementing strategic sales approaches for the XPress division with a focus on achieving self-defined, realistic sales targets.
* Strategic cooperation with national marketing and product management teams to plan and execute effective sales campaigns.
* Serving as the key contact for implementing new customer projects, including setting up orders, operational execution, and onboarding new clients.
* Preparing proposals and setting up new customer accounts within the XPress division.
* Handover of standardized customer process plans (SOPs) to the inside sales team.
* Continuously optimizing and enhancing the XPress product offerings in close collaboration with the product team.
Your Profile
* Completed commercial training (preferably in freight forwarding, logistics, or ideally KEP).
* 2-3 years of practical experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
* In-depth knowledge of the XPress/KEP market and business structures.
* Strong operational understanding of sales, customer service, documentation, and dispatch.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills when dealing with customers.
* High level of organizational skills and responsibility to meet tight deadlines.
* Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken; additional knowledge of French or Italian is a plus.
* Strong MS Office skills; familiarity with transport management systems is an advantage.
