Our client is looking for a Manager for its Lausanne boutique.
Key responsibilities:
1. Team leadership: Recruit, manage and develop the store team
2. Sales growth: Drive commercial activities to achieve sales objectives and enhance the store performance
3. Customer engagement: Welcome and advise local and international clients, providing an exceptional service
4. Brand ambassadorship: Act as a local brand ambassador, cultivating and expanding the clients portfolio
5. Clienteling: Organize and attend Client events to build lasting relationships
6. Operational excellence: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including cashier management, visual merchandising, stock control, after-sales service and back-office tasks
7. Reporting: Draft comprehensive reports and conduct detailed analyses
8. Compliance: Ensure the store adheres to brand guidelines and standards
Desired profile:
1. Experience: A previous managerial experience in a premium or luxury retail environment is essential.
2. A previous professional experience in Switzerland is a must.
3. Operational knowledge: Strong understanding of store operations and best practices
4. Language skills: Excellent level of French + Fluency in English
5. Flexibility: Willingness to work retail hours
Contract details:
1. Permanent, full-time position (40 hours/week)
2. 5 weeks of annual holidays
