Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee the production of our podcasts from conception to release. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that each episode is of the highest quality and delivered on time. You will be the linchpin of our operation, coordinating between clients, guests, and our production team to ensure a seamless process and an exceptional end product.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee all aspects of podcast production, including pre-production, recording, editing, and publishing.
2. Maintain and manage files and documentation related to each podcast episode.
3. Assign and monitor deadlines for team members, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
4. Conduct thorough proofreading and quality control checks on all podcast components, including audio/video files, show notes, and promotional materials.
5. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and guests, collecting necessary information and providing regular updates on episode progress.
6. Coordinate with audio/video editors, writers, and marketing staff to ensure a cohesive and consistent product.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process.
8. Implement and refine project management processes and tools to increase efficiency and quality.
9. Provide regular reports to senior management on the status of podcast projects.
