About The Position
We are looking to hire our new Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is part of the Talent Acquisition Team, which is a mutualized function for trading activities (T&S and TGP).
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager you will play a key role in managing the full back-office recruitment activities for a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists. As Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating with the candidates, and managing job postings. You will ensure a smooth hiring experience for the candidates and the hiring managers.
It is a pivotal role between HR teams (Talent Development, HR Admin, HR Transformation), recruiting managers, candidates, schools, and agencies.
You will evolve in a fast-paced and international environment and you will have the chance to work with people who are passionate about what they do and who are never short in ideas.
Activités
We have an exciting new opportunity to join our HR/Talent Acquisition Team in Geneva!
What you will do:
Recruitment:
* Publish and manage job vacancies on internal and external job boards (corporate, LinkedIn, Schools, OCE…), update job adverts when required
* Organize interview sessions with recruiters and hiring managers (onsite and over Microsoft TEAMS)
* Update candidates’ status in the Application Tracking System (AVATURE)
* Inform candidates of the status of their application, provide feedback
* Mandate temporary agencies when appropriate and keep track of the invoices, vacations of the temporary workers etc.
* Organize candidates’ data (e.g. resumes, assignments and contact details) in internal databases
* Manage dashboard to track KPI’s on recruitment activity (time to fill, time to hire, diversity, sources of hires…)
* Manage of specific Back Office for the annual Trading Graduate program selection process.
* Organize the logistics around Careers Fairs - on campus and online – (materials, agenda, accreditations, invoicing…), recruitment days and various Talent Acquisition events
* Implement relevant initiatives to leverage efficiency within our process and systems
* Is the key user for the ATS (centralize all recruiter’s requests to liaise with WeCare) and the Sharepoint Temporary Resources
* Ad hoc requests from the Talent Acquisition Manager
Administration / Onboarding:
* Manage the OCE applications in order to obtain Visa for non-EU applicants
* Transfer recruitment information to the HR administrative teams for onboarding
* Create of IGG in the internal HRIS for newcomers
* Manage positions in HRIS (make use of empty positions and request new positions when applicable)
* Coordinate entry of temporary workers with agency and invoicing
Profil du candidat
* You have a proven general administrative recruitment experience including at least 3 years’ experience supporting Recruiters / Talent Acquisition
* HR Swiss Certificate or similar relevant education coupled with experience within a HR department
* Excellent organization and administrative abilities, including time management, prioritization and working under tight deadlines
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
* Passionate about people and have a curious and positive spirit.
* Fluent in English and French
* Excellent computer skills, especially with Word and Excel and previous experience working with an ATS (AVATURE, Workday, ICIMS etc.)
