Job Description:
Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an ambitious and motivated Lead Finance Analyst to join the Cilag MedTech team as Principal Governance expert.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally with stakeholders across finance and operations, leveraging advanced analytics and systems to drive financial integrity and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
The Lead Financial Analyst - Principal Governance will be part of the Cilag MedTech team reporting up into the MTPO (MedTech Principal Operation) group. Key areas of responsibility are:
1. Ensuring compliance within internal policies and external regulations:
* Oversee contracts management, ensuring all agreements are properly managed and maintained in line with the relevant requirements.
* Ensure all processes are designed and implemented in alignment with WWP, ICH, SOX and other relevant compliance requirements.
1. IP Stewardship:
* Fixed assets oversight.
* Establish a relationship with the Ethicon franchise Legal & Litigation finance team and act as the Cilag point of contact to the business for any litigation cases involving Cilag. Work with base business to ensure any impacts from litigation costs and/or gains are appropriately planned and accounted for.
* R&D/GSM Governance: work with Tax planning and the R&D/GSM/Innovation organizations to get details on ongoing R&D projects, the related IP development and associated tax model.
* Capital Authorization Requests (CAR) Tracking: Manage and report on CARs, ensuring alignment with budget expectations and corporate financial goals.
2. Business Development Support & Integration:
* For newly acquired businesses and IP, act as the Cilag representative for the onboarding and setup of financial/accounting processes in close collaboration with:
o Tax planning: ensure aligned finance processes & flows.
o Business Development & corporate controlling: ensure the acquisition is accounted for appropriately, milestones are executed on a timely manner etc.
o Base business finance team: to perform the accounting based on your guidance/instructions and establish recurring financial processes.
* On a quarterly basis, support knowledge sharing for the base business Cilag team on any newly acquired businesses or IP.
Qualifications:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual comfortable in working across multiple teams in an evolving environment; a strategic thinker who can translate complex data into actionable insights; capable of simplifying financial and non-financial data for diverse stakeholders.
* 5+ years of financial analysis experience within a corporate or operational finance environment.
* A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
* Experience supporting ERP transformations is a plus.
* Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and process automation.
