US Federal copyright law requires that a public performance license is needed and we provide the compliance solution.
Great content can only be made if creators are paid fairly for what they produce. So we provide a simple, affordable license to businesses. We then pay royalties from our license to our rights holders; from major Hollywood studios to local TV production companies.
Without us, these performances would still occur. But they would infringe copyrights and deprive our rightsholders' of the money they are entitled to. Our license enables customers to run their businesses compliantly and with peace of mind.

Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our sales team as an Enterprise Account Executive. You will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to acquire new clients from Fortune 1000 companies, across diverse industries, and government agencies (state and federal).
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients from Fortune 1000 companies, across diverse industries, and government agencies (state and federal).
* Identify and target corporations legally obligated to purchase public performance licenses for their offices and employees.
* Leverage multi-channel outreach sequences, including sales automation technology email and phone calls, to effectively connect with high-level decision-makers.
* Proactively qualify and nurture leads to ensure a steady flow of sales opportunities.
* Employ strategic negotiation skills to close large deals and consistently exceed sales quotas.
* Actively share best practices and insights with colleagues to continuously optimize lead generation and outreach strategies.
Requirements:
* You are comfortable with a slower longer sales cycle (typically ours is 3 - 6 months).
* You are looking to work in a supportive environment with caring individuals who challenge each other to be our best.
* You are adaptable and open to trying new approaches.
* You are comfortable cold calling, especially to C-Suite.
* You handle rejection well (not everyone will agree they need what we're selling).
* You like the level of detail surrounding Compliance and regulatory language.
Benefits:
* Salary on offer $90,000 – $100,000 (OTE $200K - $250K).
