Deputy Head of SAP HR-IT Services | Support
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced individual to fill the role of Deputy Head of SAP HR-IT Services | Support.
Tasks
This person will act as deputy to the department head in their absence, make decisions during escalations, and perform central system operations. They will translate technical specifications for change requests and decision-making into HR-specific requirements, process analyses, and further developments. They will advise, analyze problems, and create conceptual solutions within 2nd level support for city-wide HR applications, including SAP HCM (OM, PA, PY, etc.), SAP SuccessFactors, and Aconso. Working with the municipal IT department, they will develop functional and technical concepts, IT architecture models, and solution proposals for SAP HCM and SAP SF Employee Central within technical implementations and specialized projects. They will support management on various HR-IT specialist topics, including integration and interfaces with related systems.
Profile
The ideal candidate possesses several years of experience in specialist support, processes, and technical consulting for complex SAP HR applications and projects within a large organization. Solid knowledge of SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors is essential. A degree in economics, organizational sciences, or computer science, ideally with further HR training, is desired. Knowledge of Aconso Document Management is advantageous. The individual should be proactive, resilient, and possess strong presentation and communication skills.
