Project Manager (supply chain traceability in textiles and luxury)

As a Project Manager, you’ll join Haelixa’s Operations Team reporting directly to the CTO.
You will manage traceability implementation projects with the world’s most progressive fashion and textile businesses, overseeing the entire process from scope definition and supply chain onboarding to project execution and reporting.
You will actively manage risks, align stakeholder expectations, and drive communication across all levels—from suppliers to project sponsors—to ensure seamless implementation and potential expansion.
Full time, starting April 2025, or another mutually agreed date.
Responsibilities :
* Manage various aspects of customer implementation projects including setting the project scope, deadlines, and product requirements using lean principles.
* Track, monitor, and report project risks, progress and deliverables
* Interact with the customer’s project team (mostly calls), identifying problems, breaking them down, and finding solutions.
* Create and continuously improve user-friendly onboarding processes and materials (presentations, training videos, SOPs) to help customers adopt Haelixa within their setting.
* Prepare shipments (incl. documentation) of the marker formulation, spraying systems, and other occasional hands-on tasks.
* Support the business development team in technical sales calls and with proposal preparation.
* Identify and implement internal operation improvements to ensure consistent, lean, and efficient workflows. Be at the core of delivering a great product!
Your profile :
* Passionate about working in a start-up, with a hands-on attitude, resourcefulness, and a strong drive to lead improvement initiatives
* BSc degree or higher (FH or university) in a technical discipline related to textiles/fashion or comparable industries, or a business education with fundamental knowledge of the textile industry. A strong understanding of supply chains in textiles and precious metals is a plus.
* 2-3 years of experience in customer project management
* Very well organised and with a sense of accountability and attention to details
* Strong team player attributes
* Comfortable in working independently and capable of self-direction
* Flexibility and energy to work in a high-speed and high-intensity environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
