Communications Lead (Focus on Marketing Technologies)

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and lead the execution of a comprehensive communications strategy.
* Serve as a strategic partner to collaborate with senior leaders across our partner ecosystem to drive proposals for scope, allocation, and interaction models.
* Design and implement a project change and communications strategy to reach business/project stakeholders, driving business results through stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
* Participate in RFP processes and vendor selection for project change and communication support.
* Collaborate across the project lifecycle to plan and execute town halls, roadshows, service/solution demos, user engagement sessions, briefings, scripts/messages, conferences/events to increase awareness, buy-in, readiness, and adoption.
* Shape project communication/change campaigns that resonate with internal customers, articulating the differentiated value and thought leadership of the project.
* Prepare performance reports to assess share of voice, communication effectiveness, and implement continuous improvement measures.
* Lead and manage internal communications, implementing multi-stakeholder engagement strategies.
* Maintain a high level of professionalism, setting an example for cross-functional collaboration and navigating complex matrixed organization dynamics.
Requirements:
* 7+ years of experience as a Communications Senior Manager, preferably in Journalism, Communication Agencies, or Communication Consulting Firms.
* Bachelor's Degree in Communications or relevant field.
* Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong portfolio and credentials.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
* Well-organized, proactive, and goal-focused individual who can work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
* Transparent and open communicator who keeps others informed and takes action when necessary.
* Creative problem-solver who delivers practical solutions and is flexible to meet others' needs.
* Brings well-researched and evidence-based ideas to accelerate project ambitions.
