Job Description:
A Branch Manager is responsible for achieving business targets through building a sustainable and productive distribution force. This involves effective management of sales managers, creation of a cohesive business unit, and driving distribution engagement.
The ideal candidate will have strong product/subject matter expertise, team management skills, mentoring skills, and business perspective & planning abilities. They should also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
The key result areas for this role include strategic business development, business development, team management, ensure compliance, MIS & reporting, and risk management.
The Branch Manager will report to the Cluster Head and supervise Business Associates Managers. The geographic area covered includes Agency Sales Training, Branch Operations, Distribution Operations, and external stakeholders such as Business Associates/Advisors/Customers.
