Next Gen Sales Academy (NGSA) - Associate Inside Sales Representative

We're seeking an Associate Inside Sales Representative to join our Next Generation Sales Academy team in Zurich to launch your career and make a lasting impact.
What you'll achieve
Our industry-leading training and enablement program was created to build the next generation of Dell Technologies field sellers and sales leaders. Through a structured 2 year learning environment, you will learn from business leaders across the organization, deepening your industry knowledge and developing ambitious talent along an accelerated career path.
You will:
1. Perform outbound sales activities such as cold calling, lead follow-up, sales qualifications, and offer extension to new and/or existing B2B enterprise customers and create demand in unpenetrated areas of large Tier 1 accounts.
2. Develop effective Dell Technologies messaging while uncovering opportunities to be passed to Outside Account Executives and develop Account Management Skill Set, by offloading critical tasks from the Account Executives.
3. Daily tasks will include contact acquisition, meeting activity metrics for outbound calls, appointments, and opportunities identified.
4. Maintain contact with customers to ensure customer satisfaction, issue resolution, and help drive the expansion of Dell Technologies' footprint and provide an improved customer experience by offering immediate response and feedback.
5. Learn how to do whiteboards, product pitches, and presentations.
6. Complete development curriculum to demonstrate core strengths needed to progress to Inside Sales role within the Next Gen Sales Academy.

Essential Requirements
- Business / IT related degree & recent FH/University graduate
* 0-2 years of relevant work experience ideally within a relevant industry
* Growth mindset, outgoing personality, ambition, and a strong work ethic
* Coachable and eagerness to learn and develop
* Excellent presentation and communication skills with attention to details
* Passion for sales and technology
* Critical thinking and the ability to prioritize
Desirable Requirements
•Bachelor's degree
- Swiss German (native level)
- Excellent English language skills (verbal & written)
- French a plus
