Über die Rolle As Product Line Architect for Primary and Room Devices, you are responsible for creating and implementing enterprise and system architectures for different portfolios of primary and room devices and systems offerings. You will be sharping the technical vision, strategy and roadmaps for these portfolios and evaluate emerging technologies in the Building Automation Market. This role requires operational leadership to deliver high quality and scalable products and solutions fulfilling state-of-the-art cybersecurity requirements.
Ihre neuen Verantwortlichkeiten Technical Leadership for Product Line - Define the architectural runway, technology roadmap, cybersecurity, and ensure total cost of ownership and end-to-end architectural compatibility for HVAC field devices across different product families and different R&D sites.
Enterprise and Systems Architecture - Define and implement the architecture for product and system offerings, integrating IoT, wireless communication, and cloud-edge technologies tailored to the lifecycle and stakeholder needs of building automation systems.
Device Platform Architecture - Supervise device platforms for HVAC field devices, serving as the foundation for developing interoperable, scalable, and innovative products.
Leadership in Interdisciplinary Teams - Lead diverse and global teams across communication technologies, embedded HVAC devices, software, and IoT systems to create holistic solutions for building automation.
Strategic Assessment and Integration - Evaluate organizational and market requirements, recommend cutting-edge technologies, and design products to optimize HVAC system performance and business outcomes.
Lifecycle-Oriented Development - Translate non-functional requirements like scalability, interoperability, and reliability into iterative, risk-based development processes, ensuring alignment with the evolving needs of HVAC and IoT ecosystems.
Business-Driven Architecture - Guide business strategies in HVAC and building automation towards an architecture that delivers interoperable, wireless-enabled IoT products for seamless operation.
Ihre Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen Bachelor's, or master's degree in engineering or technology, preferably electrical & electronic engineering, information technology or computer science.
At least five years of experience in systems engineering management, systems architecture, enterprise architecture.
Experience in architecting IoT systems, applying cloud platforms for IoT systems.
Very good understanding of the pertinent technologies and trends that reshape systems and enterprise architecture applied to building automation.
Experience in establishing enterprise and systems architecture in products and systems development based on SAFe development process and method.
Experience in different stages of product lifecycle, including plan, design, implementation, operation, etc.
Valuable skills in product management, general business management, strategic marketing.
Preferably you bring domain knowledge in Building Automation, HVAC, Lighting, Shading, Fire Safety, Access Control and Security; Controls contracting business.
