Overview:
The Marketing Manager at The Investor Machine is a passionate leader, strategic thinker, and skilled collaborator who has a data-forward mindset, and a skill set for advancing marketing strategies for the brand as well as at the product level. They have a creative side and can clearly articulate ideas to the creative team and see them to fruition. They work to drive our business objectives using digital and traditional marketing tools, strategic campaign management, relationship building, CRM platforms, and consistent project management. They lead by example and produce as well as manage, ensuring all teams are supported, and have the resources they need to reach success.

Responsibilities:
How you will lead:
* Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, digital advertising, and events, to generate consideration and demand.
* Lead content strategy and content creation to enable demand generation.
* Develop and lead the implementation of comprehensive strategies to target key clients and drive engagement and revenue.
* Conduct client reviews for insights to inform strategies.
* Analyze campaign and funnel performance to make data-driven decisions on future marketing programs.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with overall business goals and objectives.

* Proven experience helping organizations reach growth goals by building both Demand-Gen and Lead-Gen programs.
* Extensive experience developing and executing customer content strategies.
* Leads with customer inquiry and obsessively seeks new insights that help shape and drive our marketing strategies.
* Ability to quickly analyze and synthesize data from a variety of sources and distill it into clear, concise recommendations.
* Proven ability to leverage data to measure marketing performance and inform growth opportunities and business case development.
* Seeking efficiency by testing and deploying the latest technology.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, with an adaptable voice to communicate externally and engage with prospective clients.
* Demonstrated track record of self-motivation and willingness to proactively and independently take on leadership roles in projects, prioritize what matters, and manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
* Forward-thinking with the ability to problem solve, drive data-based decisions, own outcomes and roll up their sleeves to execute.
* Strong interpersonal and influencing skills in a cross-functional, fast-moving environment. Ability to interact with colleagues of all levels in a peer-like way.
* 5-7 years of business marketing and content creation experience.
* BA/BA required or equivalent work experience.
Compensation:
$75,000 - $85,000
