About the Role
* Become the face of Stranger Soccer in Geneva, bringing our brand and business to life for the local community
* Recruit, train, and lead a small team of 2-3 central employees as well as freelance Official Hosts to kick-start operations
* Secure prime slots at football venues to run Stranger Soccer games
* Creatively market and promote the platform to attract customers and make it their go-to option for playing football
* Oversee game schedules to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
* Leverage the support of Singapore headquarters, where an operations and technology team will be backing you up
Your Skills and Experience
* A genuine passion for football and connection to the local football scene
* A background in business, preferably with experience in management and customer service
* An entrepreneurial spirit or previous entrepreneurial experience
* A commitment to growing and scaling the Stranger Soccer brand in Geneva
