Looking for an exciting opportunity to join Ethics, Risk and Compliance (ERC)? Join us as an Associate Director of Strategy & Engagement, where you will play a pivotal role in helping to implement our functions strategic priorities within our International business unit. In partnership with the Head of Ethics, Risk and Compliance, you will be the driving force behind our functional engagement plan, the development of leadership updates on our ERC agenda, and project management across our priorities within the International Unit.
Your expertise in risk management and understanding of what drives human behavior will be instrumental in helping to captivate our audience across our engagement channels.

About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development and Implementation:
1. Lead the development and execution of the International ERC's priorities, in full alignment with the overall functional strategy and the vision and mission of the company.
2. Regularly review and update the international functional plan to ensure alignment with evolving company goals and industry trends.
3. Work with relevant stakeholders on the delivery of the priorities / objectives set for the function.
Leadership Engagement:
1. Develop functional updates for leadership on function-related outcomes and progress towards strategic goals.
2. Ensure that leadership are informed of all relevant ERC developments, challenges, and opportunities.
3. Leverage insights from data to highlight function's effectiveness.
Engagement Initiative Management:
1. Develop an annual engagement plan that supports the implementation of our functional priorities, processes, and campaigns.
2. Develop and manage engagement initiatives within the International ERC function and across the unit.
3. Foster a culture of engagement, collaboration, and inclusivity within the team.
4. Implement a range of tactics to promote employee involvement and commitment to ERC goals.
Budget Management:
1. Oversee budgetary planning process to ensure resources are aligned with strategic goals.
2. Regularly review and report on budget performance, implementing changes as necessary.
What you’ll bring to the role:
1. Professional experience in behavioral science (or similar) and compliance risk management with a strong focus on anti-bribery.
2. Professional experience in change management with a strong focus on communication and engagement.
3. Experience in project management (successfully managing projects from initiation to completion, including resource allocation, timelines, and deliverables) in a global matrix environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
4. Exceptional communication skills: ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, including clear and concise reporting to leadership.
5. Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
