Digital Compliance Coordinator (100%)

Based in Geneva, we are recruiting a “Digital Compliance Coordinator”, whose main responsibility will be to support the digital project manager in the compliant implementation of the digital activities of the Michelangelo Foundation for the promotion of the Michelangelo Foundation and Homo Faber initiatives.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Reporting to the Digital Project Manager, this role will be responsible for:
1. Analysis of dataflows, workflows and business processes.
2. Synthesizing the conclusions of your analysis to share them clearly with stakeholders. Your analysis would also be the basis for new developments and improvements for digital experiences of the Michelangelo Foundation.
3. Creation of detailed documentation based on your analysis.
4. Analysis of data (content, structure, quality) to provide different metrics and KPIs.
5. In close collaboration with the Digital Project Manager, organize, track progress and perform migration processes.
6. In close collaboration with the Digital Project Manager, elaborate compliance and test plans for developments of websites, applications, and software.
7. In close collaboration with the Digital Project Manager, ensure collaboration of all internal and external parties to carry the delivery of digital projects in due compliance.
8. Organize and run test sessions.
9. Create detailed test session reports.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
The successful candidate will demonstrate alignment with the Foundation values and goals.
Knowledge
1. Degree in Data Analysis or similar.
2. In-depth knowledge of process documentation and summary document writing.
3. In-depth understanding of complex processes and ability to represent them using diagrams, schemas, and descriptions.
4. Ability to run test sessions in a software development context.
Experience
1. Minimum of 3 years of Data Analyst experience.
2. 1 year of tester experience is preferable.
3. Experience in analyzing business needs, workflows, and dataflows in a company is a must.
Skills
1. Strong analytical and organizational skills to identify relevant tests to be performed.
2. Strong team player with good interpersonal skills, critical in a dynamic and multicultural environment with multiple stakeholders.
3. Self-managing and highly motivated to contribute to innovative solutions with an entrepreneurial spirit.
4. Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
5. Fluent in French and English, both verbally and in writing.
